CentraState Hosts Free Physician Lecture and Prostate and Colon Cancer Screening

CentraState Healthcare System is offering a free physician lecture, "The Great PSA Debate—To Screen or Not to Screen?" with Troy Sukkarieh, MD, and Oren Cahlon, MD, on Thursday, December 3, 6-7 p.m. at CentraState's Star and Barry Tobias Health Awareness Center, 901 W. Main Street, Freehold. The lecture is about the controversy in the media about whether or not to be screened for prostate cancer using the PSA (prostate-specific antigen) test. READ MORE »


CentraState Healthcare System is temporarily modifying its visitors policy to help prevent the spread of H1N1 influenza. The modifications include the restriction of visitors under the age of 18 and people who are experiencing respiratory or flu-like symptoms. READ MORE »
